Norwegian energy and materials group Norsk Hydro ASA said on Wednesday (28 December) that it had entered into an agreement with SAS Braathens/Wideroe and the Star Alliance for air transport.
The agreement would cover flights in and out of Norway and Scandinavia, and from several European countries, including Germany.
The contract covers large parts of Hydro's air transport needs for the period 2006-2007.
The deal has an estimated value of some NOK570m.
